Hanwell 13th February 2007

Here you will find my photos of my trip to Hanwell to see some fGW screaming HSTS before they go, also a trip to Euston for the NMT.

59004 heads towards Acton whilst speeding up from a signal.
59004 in Yomen livery gets closer to Hanwell.
A fGW HST sets heads for London through Hanwell.
66056 Double headed with another EWS 66 on Tanks heading for the west.
A new MTU fitted HST power car, you can tell because the new power cars are in the new fGW livery.
The old Valenta fitted HST power cars, still retain the old light clusters and old fGW livery.
Another Valenta fitted HST set heading for London Paddington.
More and more MTUs are turning out of Brush works in Loughborough, soon all fGW hsts will be like this.
The same set heading to the west, next stop being Reading.
Getting the old sets while I can, this HST set is heading to the west out of London.
The same set joining the other HSTs in the west.
After a few sets going west we get a old set back into London.
59002 heads away from Acton Yard as it heads for the west at Hanwell.
Another old fGW hst set heads into London.
But when there is more old, there is always new around the corner, here is a MTU hst heading west.
66126 heads west with Yomen sand hoppers at Hanwell.
59005 heads west whilst a HST comes up from behind.
The hst caught up very fast as you can see it over taking the 59 here.
A quick trip to Stratford to see a 60 that never showed, but 59204 did.
DRS 37610 working with 37611 on the WCML NMT at Euston.
37611 gets ready to work the NMT back north on the WCML.
